Martial Arts Training

In private personal training sessions, Tom adheres to principles inherent to all martial arts, while selecting techniques, strategies, and training devices from a wide range of martial arts that are most suited to the needs of each individual client. The personal relationship allows for martial arts study that transcends style, and focuses on enhancing strengths, minimizing weaknesses, and developing a working knowledge of practical self defense techniques that would normally take years to acquire in a formal class setting.
