Self Defense Seminars and Workshops

Seminars will increase awareness and knowledge of self defense principles and techniques that will enhance one's natural ability to defend themself.

Seminar length and content is customizable by group, and can range from a two hour introductory workshop to a weekend intensive covering a wide range of topics and skills.

Seminar topics may include women's self defense and rape prevention, basic to advanced self defense striking (punching and kicking technique), basic to advanced grappling technique, or intermediate to advanced fighting strategy.
